so I finally saved up enough to give FH his E-present (money to get tattooed). should i just hand it to him? lol, or should i like, put it in a card? or should i just tell our artist i've got him covered for X amount of dollars

I say go with him when he gets it done and then when its time to pay you just have the money ready to go with a kiss and say happy engagement...
that is more of a surprise if thats what you are going for

i would say putting it in a card is nice. Is he the type to protest if you try and pay for something? I know my FH Is like that... if i want to pay for something of his, he'll whip out his debit card and knock my hand away lol..

well he knows he's getting it, just not when. we go to timmys tattoo in huntington. at the movies tonight, i just kept getting dirty looks for my tattoos, lol

FMIL wanted me to get him jewelry. FH wears his plugs, thats it. he's getting a pocket watch and custom cuff links for the wedding tho

if he isnt the jewelery type of guy then dont get him that ..../; i think money for a tat is nice ... i think maybe you should give it to him in a card but plan out something nice and romantric
