my parents list is: 53 FHs family: 34 our friends: 42
we only have such a big difference between my family & FHs family because my dad is inviting his mothers brothers, & his fathers bothers kids. that's an extra 14 people.
if FHs grandmothers brothers & sisters lived closer then his number would be higher.

i would say it's about the same or his maybe higher but it makes no difference because we know all the same people and same nationality.

We havent done it yet but I know his list will be longer than mine & my parents will be longer than his (my parents are paying) so in the end it evens out.

OMG ya we've had this conversation!!!!!!!!!!
his family is the size of my foot.....my family is Italian and HUGEEEE we're not even inviting half my extended extended family cuz my parents would be bankrupt if we did, n my list exceeds his by almost 50

I think overall when we take out our mutual friends, our lists are about even. Though I am having a very hard time getting a completed list out of his with addresses

Fh guest list is larger than mine but only because he has a much larger family than mine. I think it should be equal tho

btw - FH & I have a huge DISPARITY with guest lists. Mine is just about 100, his is over 200!!!

ummm im having the exact same problem.. FH has 54789789234 cousins and i told him he cant invite them if i've never met them before. he's pissed cuz my parents r inviting ppl he's never met- double standard? yes? r they paying? yup
