Just starting a new topic to liven things up today...
I'm still trying to think of my FH's most annoying habit---will post shortly---he has several for me to consider ;)

He leaves things open.... like the fridge door, and actually this past weekend he went out to the car for something and he left the front door open (i dont mean unlocked) i actually mean open.... when he came back in. His dresser drawers are always open, if he takes something out of the cabinets, they are open....
He also does it with lids, like on a peanut butter jar. Its like it takes too much work to line up the little lines and screw it back on, so its just kinda sitting on top. I dont get it.

um... he has a few.
leaving crap everywhere like his clothes and shoes and empty pepsi bottles. leaving closet doors open ALWAYS.
he makes this weird noise that sounds like a pig snort that's so annoying; and this other noise like he is going to hock a loogy but then he doesn't. it's gross. Only when you're in love do you tolerate these things

His car is a disaster!! Crap everywhere (clothes, empty bottles, papers, pens, i could go on and on) I clean it he messes it up. I gave up.

that fact that he has OFFICALLY (not just by me..but by a doctor) been diagnosed with NAPOLEANS COMPLEX!!
after like 2 years of me saying it..i knew i was right all along
its the worst..and sometimes i can not deal with it..but wahever..jsut means my kids will be smarter then yours..lol

He sneezes really loud and it scared the crap outta me whenever he does
my FH has teh weirdest sneeze and it drives me crazy - it sounds like he holds it in - very weird also he slurps like soup and pasta - drives me nuts!!!

He never locks a door or shuts a light off- and when he finishes drinking the iced tea he fills the pitcher up with water and puts it back in the fridge without any iced tea mix -- drives me nuts!

He doesn't know when to quit on a topic...especially if we don't aree on a subject, he keeps on going on and on about it trying to convince me to 'see the light' but I just tell him to go watch espn and leave me alone....

I FH has a thing for tape!(weird I know). He leaves the tape all over the house and if we go to the store he's the one taking off all the bread stickers. Then I find those all over the house! I can't win.

Ditto! Sometimes I just start hearing the sanford and son theme in my head. And he doesn't like to just get rid of stuff because 'someone might want it'. He inherited the house we live in from his godfather who passed away unexpectedly a few years ago. So when we moved in, we had 30 years worth of his godparents' stuff in the house (his godmother died of cancer a few years earlier). Getting him to part with some of the stuff here has been quite the struggle! We have tons of knitting equipment upstairs. I assure you, this is not a hobby of either of ours, yet 2 1/2 years after moving in, that equipment is still all there! I try to be sensitive about it, but at some point you just need to get rid of some stuff. After all, we gotta make room for the registry items
