FH specifically DID NOT want a watch or jewelry....actually he said he didn't want anything but being that he spent a small fortune on my custom designed ER I decided that I had to get him something. He's a graphic designer and has been doing marjor research on a digital camera. I did a little snooping and found the one that he wanted and that's what I gave him. He absolutely LOVED it!

i had bought my fiance a really nice watch a few months before we got engaged and i kept asking him what he wanted and he said he got me and that was present enough. he's a cheeseball.. but it was cute. i'm still determined to find him something to surprise him with though

I bought him a money clip from Tiffany's- I hope that he'll pass it down someday to his kids...it'll probably be like new when this happens, if not lost....haaa!!

I bought him a Rolex. We decided that we wouldn't exchange wedding gifts though (since we both spent alot on the engagement and a house!!)

I got my FH a Rolex as an engagment gift. He was shocked and loved it! I gave it to him about 4 months after he proposed, right before our engagement party.

I got him a 57 inch tv!! Luckily it's paid off already. PC Richards has that great 12 mths no interst thing if you buy on their card.

FH is not into jewelry - he doesn't even want to get a wedding band! (he is compromising and getting a titanium one though)...

I told him I would get him a big screen tv though - as soon as we know where we will be living so he knows exactly how big he can get it. (I am sure it will take up my entire living room)!
