Is it just me or has anybody else been fighting with your FH more and more during this planning process? It's so frustrating. We argue here and there but we never have been big fighters over the years.. and now its just every other day is something new to argue about. We both agree that we can't wait until the planning is over and we can just be happily married because we're both so stressed out with work & school & other things going on..

Re: Fighting with FH...
We were totally there during the beginning of the planning. We were never bickerers or fighters. But, there was a lot of pressure from both of our families during the first part of the planning (because they were excited I suppose) and that made us stress and take it out on each other. Just take a step back and think about what is important to you guys. We'll get through this haha. No worries though, really I was talking to all of my engaged friends and they feel the same way. Try to take it a bit slower and enjoy each other! Don't wish it away, it gets fun I promise!

UGH! You are DEF not the only one! My FBIL tells me that all the time! And no matter how hard you try to NOT fight, it doesn't help. It'll get better. My dad told me when I got engaged 'If you can make it through the wedding planning process and still end up married, you pretty much can handle anything.'

its a very stressful time and i think we are all also SO close to being married and with FH forever that you just want it to happen... and it feels so close but its just annoying waiting for it! We just want to get our lives started!

FH and I decided literally on Sunday to put an end to the fighting over nothing. As long as you don't start asking yourself 'if this is something I really want to do?', you're ok. If you do ask yourself those questions, and I have, take a few minutes to yourself to calm down and think about how good you felt when you got engaged and began planning. Remember the excitement and the happiness and try to build from that. It works, trust me..lol
