Final 2 Choices....help me decide?

Okay, just to review.... summer evening wedding in a church then at Carlyle on the Green. Six bridesmaids, most slim to average build, a few curvy ones, and a few big breasted.

Which of these dresses would you choose?

okay, sis just called me to say that the skirt belled out too much so that last red one is out (unless major alterations were done).

Okay, I placed a rush order at RK for the first one! Let's hope they come back to me with a doable delivery date I will know on Monday...... crossing fingers.....

RK has the first one??? I called them today and they said they don't carry it!!!
Oh well..I ordered it elsewhere.
Do you mind if I ask what they charge??

Yes they have it but they are not that helpful over the phone unfortunately - i don't find them very easy to deal with. ALWAYS ask for Reed (he is the 'R' in RK).

Anyway, they are charging $118 for that dress and a $40 rush fee.

My verdict is still out on them until they come back with a date...

I think the long dress is more appropriate for an evening wedding.

I agree, although both are very nice.

Yes, the woman on the phone was quite short with me. I found the dress for a little cheaper on a couple of sites but I ended up ordering it from the bridal shop anyway. I paid a little more but I had such a bad feeling about ordering online. I was about to order a size that ended up being WAY too big. It would have cost me more just to have it altered.

Yeah, the sizing charts are bogus. They are several sizes too big and then the salespeople tend to pad them. Going off their chart my sister was a size 20!!!! I sent her in to try on the size 8 sample and guess what? It fit.
Scary.

Weird! I was so close to ordering a size 14 online today....good thing I was professionally measured. It turns out I need a 10 and they still need to take it in. She said I could have been an 8 but she wanted some room. My waist measured at a 6! Which is great news after having a baby!
