Final head count - WESTBURY MANOR/Any Scotto Bros.

Question-
I gave the Westury manor my final head count today for my 8/31 wedding, and i included 153 adults - I did not count myself and my FH. Should I call themback and tell them 155, or do they know the figure does not include us? Some relatives just assumed that we were free, but I don't want to assume anything.

Any suggestions or prior experience?

I had my mom's 50th Bday there and I counted her (she was the guest of honor). I assumed I would count my FI and I for the wedding. Is this correct????

Believe it or not, the bride & groom don't eat for free. Kinda stinks, actually. LOL

So, you should include yourselves, although, don't they have a 5% rule there?? If I remember correctly, there's a 5% buffer in the final count to include no shows and last minute additions...

Wow, married 10.5 months and the details are definitely fading!!

I have absolutely no idea, and they didn't ask.....

Anyone else out there have any thoughts????!!

My wedding is in one week! Yikes!

Sorry if my post was confusing. You do have to include you and your FI regardless of my '5% question'. So, yes, call WM and add yourselves.

(then re-read your contract to double-check my question - LOL)

With all of the money you are dropping, they should let the bride and groom eat for free. The thing that kills me the most about them is that during the planning, they say that if you use all of their vendors, you get a free dinner there. WOOHOO!!! $15,000 for a reception and I still have to use their vendors for a free dinner?

I was a Scotto bride. You have to include you and your hubby in the count.

Yes you do count the bride and goom but I wouldn't give them a 100% headcount. There are always a few people who have a last minute emergency and cant make it. I think you are fine - just have the cash on hand for your dinners if you get 100% attendance.
