FH and I are going on Monday to finalize menu, linens, etc. Is there anything special that I may not think of that we need to do/ask? Thanks!

You can ask if they make menus for the tables ... or if you're going to make them yourself, make sure you get a copy of how they word things (it'll be easier for you when you're ready to work on them).
Find out what time the vendors can begin setting up (if there is a wedding before yours, their time will be limited and they'll need to know that in advance).
If there is anything special you are planning that you'll need their help setting up, you can discuss it with them.
They will probably give you a diagram of how the tables are arranged, that you will fill out and give back to them (so they know how many chairs at each table, etc.)
When is the final head count due?
When can you drop off anything you have for the RH (cake topper, toasting flutes, favors, etc.)?
That's all I can think of right now ...
