Final Meeting... Questions for the RH?

I have my final meeting next week and I needed a list of questions to ask.....please help.

-First, if you have a specific date, ask if it is avalible. (if your not flexible with it)
-Whats the price per person?
-Whats the tax rate? (if your RH is in a different town or city)
-Does that price (per person) include the cake?
-Does that price include valet parking?
-Will the manager be onsite for my event?
-Is there a charge for maitre di?
-What are the other events planned for the same day?
-Can we use any verder we choose?
-Is there is a minimum you require?
-Do you charge for a tasting?
-Is there are any restrictions?
-Is there an over time charge?
-Is there top-shelf liquor?
-Is there extra charges for linens?
-Do you supply menus, place cards or direction cards?
-How many people to each table?
-Do you provide a coat check? (If needed)
-What's the deposit?
-Is there a cancelation fee? (just incase)
-Is the RH hanicap accessible?
-Is the clean-up included with the fee?
-What are the accomidations (outdoors) for a change in weather?
-What happens if there is a power failure? (I really asked them this)
-Will they allow us to bring our own liquor/beer if a specific one we want it not provided?
-Is there a payment scedule?
-Is there a bridal suite?
-Is there overnight accomidations? If not, where is the nearest hotel and do they have a bridal suite?
-Are there designated smoking areas?
-Is there any renovations planned?
-When do you need the final head count?
-What are the dimensions of the room?
-What are the maximum/minumum number of tables?
-Is there a bridal attendant onsite?
-How many bars/bartenders will be in the room?
-How many waiters/waitresses to a table?
-What are the dimensions of the dance floor?
-Where does the band/DJ set up?
-What is the cost per child under what age?
-Is there an inhouse wedding planner?
-Are children included in the minimum?
-How much are vendor meals?
-Are there any restrictions on alcohol?
-Will the cocktail hour be in the same room or a different area?
-Do you provide decor for the cocktail hour?
-Where and how will early arriving guest be accomidated?
-Where will the gift and cake table be located?
-Is there first aid onsite incase of an accident?
-How much do you charge for broken glasses ect.?
-Are your price quotes final?
-Is the menu subject to change?
-Is there a corkage fee for wine a champagne?
-At the end of the event, how long does the band/DJ or other vendors have before I am charged overtime?

thats for when you first meet with an rh and about to book, she means for the final meeting with them. Like a few weeks before the wedding and going over the menu and stuff

well most of it is going over the menu, they will show you your choices and you pick. They will ask alot of questions such as the names of all your vendors, how many speeches, which dances you are doing, when you want to cut the cake. What items you will drop off before the wedding such as cardbox, favors, flutes and all those type of stuff, they will ask what is on your tables.

The questions you ask really are about things you specifically need to know. For example i had to ask for table dimensions for table runners i am making. I also asked about making a certain drink for CH.

Dont know where youre taking pics but if you plan to take any at the Rh you can ask how far in advance you can get there to do this.

when you go they will give you a sheet with how your room is set up, youre going to have to take it and fill it out with the number of guests per table and favors. So you will see how they have the tables and everything set up

dropping things off is the week of, up to a few days before

as far as placecards, they give you theirs if you need it but flowers and stuff like that your florist provides it
