Final meeting with hall...

What questions should I ask???

They should go over all the final details....but it doesn't hurt to bring a list just in case they dont go over something that you need to be prepared for....

1. What time can the bridal party arrive to take pictures
2. Where is the Handicap enterance?
3. When is the final drop off?
Do you need a list of what I will be dropping off?
4. When is the final guest count
5. Review seating chart
Get seating cards
6. When is final Payment due?
7. Bring a list of all your vendors and contact #'s to the final meeting
8. Review any special details with the Hall that another vendor is providing you with....Ex) Ice Scultpure Delivery
9. Pics of sample cakes if the Hall provides this.

I had my final meeting with Lisa a month ago.

She is very thorough, and I didn't really have too many questions for her. She pretty much answers all of the questions listed above without even having to ask her about them.

You'll get a bunch of forms with things you'll need to fill out, and she'll tell you the dates she needs them back.

We spent a lot of time going over the menu b/c I wanted to make sure we were getting everything we originally booked for (since the new owners have changed the menu...plus, you'll get offered an 'upgrade' on the menu, but I love our original one much better).

It's way too soon for me to go for a meeting. I called Harry today and he said I have more than enough time...which is true. But I do have to stop in to pick up direction cards.

He said I don't need an appoint. for anything...jsut to come in. Is that true?????

OMG.... I booked last night. Never thought to ask any questions!!!! Well I guess I still have 2 years.

Harry alwasy answers the phone when I call.
And he says Lisa will call me but she never does. I don't think he gives her the messages.

Thanks for the list of question. They are really helpful. I am having our last meeting in a few weeks.
