Final meeting with RH questions

when the final payment is due, how is it due? cash, certified check?

umm im lost to thats all i got!

I had them walk me around and describe where everything would be, I saw the place card table/cake table to get a sense of dimensions.

Ask where the 'early arrivals' will go, will they have someplace to have drinks until CH? Ensure which is your bridal suite, be clear on who your vendors are...I can't remember what else.

It's like a big blur. Mostly, it was about the menu and linens. SO EXCITED!!!!

i know i want to ask where all the place card tabls and candy buffet tabes go

also want to ask if i or they get in contact with all the vendors to figureout what time they r coming etc..also about seating charts how the tables go like numerically..also what tim can we go in to start taking pics and where do the early guests go

think thats it but im ure i will think of more lol

Thanks totally forgot about the what size tables we can do question lol.

I came up with these

What time can we come to drop off stuff the night before?

Can we take the extra cake home?

If some guests don't come even though we had put them down can we take their plates to go?

I found out my event ended last (an hour after the other wedding) so we will set up our cupcakes/cookie table outside of our room so our guests can mill around and say their goodbyes in the lobby.

I found out that there is a wedding before ours. We thought we could get to the RH much earlier then we actually can. They said I have to call them when approaching to make sure that we don't run into the other bride and groom. Def ask that!
