I just got a call from them to schedule a final meeting. Is this just to go over my menu choices? Or do I need to have ALL the details of the day planned out to instruct them on the set up?

I think you need to have at least your vendor list together and stuff...call your BM and ask when u schedule

I cant wait to see your WM wedding . I am guessing the final meeting is to go over cake (If you are getting it from there) go over the food and def the set up, like certain things you want and dont want done, where you want things etc etc etc

You can meet with the BM's at anytime to add stuff on to your contract, ask ques etc etc
