Who calls who to schedule these meetings? Am I supposed to call the vendors or will they reach out to me? I'm totally clueless.

Final meetings...
I reached out to my vendors though I was a bit too early with some they said to call back 4-5 weeks before the wedding. So I would call them. The only 'vendor' that is calling me to schedule our final meeting is our officiant.

I just received a letter from Tommy Tunes to make my final meeting. I haven't heard from anyone else yet.

I was just thinking about this, because I get super paranoid that they don't even have me in their books, or they shut down LOL one of my nightmares. But each of my vendors recommended doing all final meetings at least 1 month before the wedding.

OMG, me too. I'm terrified that I'm going to call the DJ and they're going to be like, who are you? hahaha. I actually set up one of the final meetings with the venue to pick menu and linens and things!!
I reached out to them. I hate waiting for people to get in touch lol

Lol that's my fear too! we contacted the venue for our final meeting and then like a few days later got a letter in the mail saying to call for menu finalization. I guess we beat them to the punch! We called the church for the appointment to pick the reading, vows, etc. I will give the florist, DJ and photo/video some time to reach out. I have no problem hunting everyone down lol

all my vendors told me to call them 6 weeks before to set up appointments, those that i didnt get to called me within a week of that. i just finished all my final meetings and i was surprised they were all less than like 10 mins
