Final mtg w/vendors (repost from BHB)

Do you call them to schedule or do they call you? With less than 2 months to go now, I am not sure what I should be doing!

I am a little obsessive compulsive, so I called all my vendors last week to schedule appointments. Except my hall, because they call you to go over the menu.
