T-mobile.........I am satisfied.......They are ALL bandits if you ask me(but nobody did)

Just switched to Verizon from Nextel....for the last 4 years and I was happy with it, DH was not....so off to Verizon we went and so far so good. The phone is a little hard to deal with.....all these features and I don't know how to use them.

AT&T. I hate it! I barely get reception in my apartment, and sometimes the voice messages come up on my phone a day later. Going to switch to Verizon when my contract is up in May. If you go to http://www.letstalk.com, you get free phone if you get contract through them.

Another Sprint customer here. I've been with them for about 3 years now and pretty happy - no complaints.

verizon for me - no complaints with the service, just the phone itself confuses me with the different features, I've had it like 2 years and still don't know how to activate voice mail!!
I'm mechanically illiterate.

T-Mobile - hate them. Cannot wait until December to change.

The only Cingular user so far... it's ok, I just feel like customer service sux and it pi**es me off that eventhough I pay insurance on my phone every month, if it gets lost or broken I still have to pay for a new one! Maybe all companies are like this - I have nothing to compare them too. I'm considering switching when I move to NY in June.

I've had them since '99. Few complaints here and there, but no biggie.
