fhs family hates AT&T, they charged a crazy amount when fh took his phone out of state, the Roaming and long distance... and other companies dont charge so much for it...
everyone seems to like verizon i know, and it was rated best on consumer reports

I have T-mobile and have been VERY satisfied with them. Always get coverage----here and when I travel out of state. It seems like I am one of the few people who are happy with them though.
Previously I had Sprint----hated it. A lot of no signal areas-----drove me crazy! My parents used to have AT&T for their cell, and the prices were high.

t mobile. Yes I like them. I send ALOT of text message. I pay 10.00 for unlimited text and buddy to buddy minutes.
I told my FH to switch to verizon (from att) cause Verizon cause they have the best service but.... they charge u .10 for each message and .02 for incoming that stinks. he might switch yet again to t-mobile. I just got something in the mail today from t-mobile that they added new coverage throughout NY NYC and Nj.

I have Sprint. Coverage-wise it leaves a lot to be desired... if you are not near a major roadway, you lose digital range. I cannot tell you how many times I have called them up for this or that and had them saying that they can't do this or that because they were in the middle of network maintenace. I upgraded my phone about a year ago and had to wait 4 days before their network maintenance actually recognized the new phpne.... but it had already de-recognized my old phone.
If you ask me they are all rapists, some just use more KY than others.

AT&T and they are terrible. I am waiting for the contract to run out so I can switch.

Just switched to T-Mobile from AT&T (who I hated with a passion) so far so good, not too many bad areas or dropped calls. We shall see. Cingular just bought out AT&T so they are going to use AT&T's towers, which probably won't make them all that great either.

my dh and i have nexttel and so does most of our friends so it isnt so bad. they drop calls alot but we all wanted the 2 way and they didnt offer it with anyone else. i think there starting too now but we are on contact lol

I have Verizon. The service is fine, I have no complaints with THAT.
But they DOUBLE CHARGED me for a month because I moved and changed my phone number on the wrong day, and they REFUSED to work with me. It cost me over $100 when all was said and done.
How Dare I move?
Changing service, because I'm DONE with Verizon. It's not only that, but the contract was set up in my Dad's name (Lesson to learn: don't let someone who hated you in HS set up your Cell Phone without you present). So Verizon Customer Service won't deal with me directly, even though I pay the bill. And also, Verizon refuses to fix my home phone line, which gets WHLI. I listen to Frank Sinatra every time I'm on the phone to Mom and Dad.
I'm one of those people who completely leaves and won't come back if I'm unhappy with Customer Service. It's obnoxious, I know. But I just believe that Customer Service should be TOP priority.

Another Sprint customer here. I've been with them for about 3 years now and pretty happy - no complaints.
