Finalized Menu Tonight
I am so happy that is over with. I am still a little undecided on my sash and napkin colors. But I got to switch out the things I didn't want for the things I wanted and it didn't cost me a thing. WHoo Hoo. I got my mashed potato bar too.
The only thing I am mad about is the cake. I wanted one layer of carrot cake and they said the bakery doesn't do different layers. THey only do the cakes all in the same flavor. What the flip? How does a bakery not do different layers?? And I brought a picture of a cake I wanted (real simple round with swiss dots and ribbon around each layer) WM said the bakery couldn't do it. I think I am going to call the bakery personallly and ask. I am spending A LOT of money on this wedding why shouldn't I get the cake I want, especially when its simple.
