Just sent off my menu to be finalized!! I'm so excited! I love food LOL. We're doing a ton of stuff, but some of the best notable stuff is the mashed potato bar, slider bar and the assorted passed desserts :)
We went with the Filet mignon, chicken roulade, macadamia crusted chilean sea bass and a vegetarian entree :)

Congrats that's so exciting! I did my tasting a few months ago, but going to finalize the menu at the end of June. My venue is in NJ (on NY border) so it's hard for FH and I to go he works 6 days a week so we're going on a Sunday

Don't worry, we have time. Our banquet manager told us we will do that in August. (Finalizing)
