Finalizing Menu

So FH and I are meeting with our RH to finalize our menu this saturday......

Is there any questions I should ask or what should I expect?

Anything you suggest I should ask, please tell me!!!

congrats!! if interested you should ask about upgrades. I´m told sometimes they give you a special price on them when you are finalizing menues (i´m nowhere near that sage yet so I don´t know for sure)
