Finally back!
I've been sick for over a week now and missed a bunch of days from work. Normally if I was home sick, I'd be all over LIW, but unfortunately our internet connection was down b/c our ethernet card broke. FINALLY FH got it fixed and I can continue my LIW addiction!
Since I posted last, we had my bachelorette party (which was on Friday....the snow kind of put a damper on it, but still a good time). We went to LIPS for dinner and then to a bar in the city.
My bridal shower was on Sunday and it was so nice. My girls came up with so many cute touches to the shower. They had little programs printed up that had crossword puzzles and question games about FH and I. It was so cute. The centerpieces were giant martini glasses alternating with pink and green liquid in them (to match our wedding colors) and they had mardi gras type of beads hanging across them. Looked so cute! We got tons of gifts and it was just great.
Also, FH and I finished pre-cana on Sunday night. So another check off the list. I actually thought precana was a good experience.
It was killing me not to be able to post with so much going on! Now I need to read up on the boards and see what everyone has been up to.
