Finally booked honeymoon

We decided that we will be going to Aruba and staying 5 days at the Bucuti Beach Resort and 5 Days at the Hyatt.
Both FH and I have never been to Aruba and we were havinga tough time deciding if we wanted to stay in the low-rise section or the high-rise section, so to compromise we are now staying at both.
Any good restaurants or excursions we have to do, please let me know.

TIA

Re: Finally booked honeymoon

Congrats on booking! Aruba is amazing. We have been there twice this year. The last time, we got engaged. I find the island the cleanest, safest, and friendliest. The water is amazing. Make sure you bring sun block because the sun is intense but you don't realize it due to the breeze. Aruba is broken down by the high rise and low rise section. We personally like the high rise section better. The high rise section is nice because it is right by all the casinos. The beaches are more crowded on the high rise section. In the low rise section are some of the all inclusive.. The low rise section is nice because it is less crowded. However, we still prefer the high rise just because there we more people around. The Renaissane is considered the low rise section but it's nice because it's right by the HUGE outdoor Mall. It's amazing, a girls dream. As far as things to do, there are tons. I would do activities through DePalm tours. I would go SNUBA diving (AWESOME), DePalm Island, Natural Pool, and ATV renting. They also have sunset cruises and party cruises. At night, there is not much but you are so exhausted that it does not matter. They have CASIONOS (go to the ones in the high rise). We like the RADISON. There are bars to go to but check the cruise schedules because that’s when those places are busy. They have the infamous Carlos & Charlies, Harley Davidson Bar, Iguana Joe's, and Sopranos Lounge. The food is awesome (a reason why we didn't do all inclusive).
I would go to El Gaucho, Madame Janette’s (our favorite, its romantic), Amazonia, Flying Fishbone, Aqua Grill, Chalet Suisse, and L.G. Smiths. It is a wonderful place. I think it is the best island. If you go, Enjoy the beaches. If you have any other question FM. I have pics to.

Re: Finally booked honeymoon

We just got back from Aruba...and our HM was amazing. You guys are going to have a great time.

We stayed at the Renaissan hotel. You have to eat at the L.G. Smith Stake House at the Renaissan Hotel. Sooooo good.

Use DePalm Tours to book your activities. Do the Jeep Excursion the one that goes to the natural pool. We also did the horse back ride at sunset long the beach. Very nice.

Also, rent a car for a day. We had so much fun driving around and going to the different beaches. Baby Beach and Eagle Beach are nice.

We also vistied the butterfly farm...(i know that doesn't sound vey exciting) but it was really neat.

The people there are so nice and friendly. You'll have a great time.
