finally booked our 'mini' moon to Bahamas-have you been?

We're staying at Breezes in the bahamas. I heard its not the greatest but it's all inclusive and perfect for the few days we have after the wedding. If anyone's been to the bahamas, I'd love to know what you thought!

I've been to the Bahamas Breezes. I went back in 1999. Our room was on the ground level with doors that opened onto the beach. Housekeeping was great considering the amount of sand we dragged in every day. Everyone was very friendly. I thought the food was good and there was food whenever you wanted it. When I went there was a hut by the pool area that had a continuous supply of hamburgers, fries and drinks. There was also a this really cool trapeze thing on the beach that anyone who wanted to could try. It was really neat. Everyone from all the hotels on that strip of beach would come over and try it. When we went we just wanted a relaxing 4 day vacation where we could just lay out on the beach and enjoy the sun...nothing crazy fancy...and that's exactly what we got. We had a really nice time. The Bahamas is beautiful no matter where you stay! You're going to have a great time...make sure you go on the excursion to the exhumes...they are gorgeous!

I won't be going until March, but to the Sandals resort, but I know shellnroc just got back from there, as did soontobemrsv if you want to FM them!

I've been to the Bahamas a couple of times and stayed at Breezes once. It really was nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I loved the open air lobby and the staff was so great. When I was there, they had hammocks right on the beach..SO relaxing! What I thought was nice is you could walk down the beach to the other hotels. The Marriott has a casino and there is some good nightlife there. Have a great time!

yes!! I went there a few years ago I had a great time with FH!!!!! You will have fun!

I went in 1998 and it was a great time!! It was really pretty, perfect beach, and extremely relaxing! The nightlife lacked, but other than that it was really nice!
