FH and I finally finished our invitations. The only thing left to do is print the labels and mail them out. Best part? we weighed them at our post office and they are a lot less to mail than we originally thought, the bad part is that the stamps we're going to use are UGLY. oh well.
Wax Seals are a PAIN in the ARSE! but I think they were totally worth the effort.

i went to show a friend the pictures and realized a few more ladies commented. I just wanted to thank those of you who complimented them. I was so nervous, and i feel so much better now. Thanks again!!

Thank you! The seals took FOREVER. and then my maid of honor sent out her STDs this week and they had the wax seals that are like premade or whatever, at least i think they were, and i thought 'well, that would have saved me a few days worth of effort' :Sigh' at least the effort was worth it and FH seemed to have fun doing it too.
Very cool. I like the wax seals, just make sure they are not on the outer envelope. My SIL tried that for hers and said that most of them got ruined going through the postage machine that adds the shipping coding!!!!

Yea they are on the inside. My MOH just sent out STDs with them on the outer envelope, and while they looked really cool, our envelope came ripped as did my parents. I spoke to her yesterday and she said that some people didn't get them at all and others were completely destroyed.
