you may want to check out some of the wineries out east. they all have hardwood flooring and vaulted ceilings, as well as an understated beauty.
I called 5 wineries, that was what we originally wanted to do. But the site fees were RIDICULOUS Thanks for the suggestion though!

north ritz club is only one wedding but it really doesn't have much hardwood

We booked the sand castle it was the first place we looked at we both fell in love with it. And they only due one wedding SO I will have the castle all by myself .The menu is crazy my guest have 7 entrees to pick from and one is a vegetarian dish which I thought was awesome since I have some guest attending who don't eat meat . Not to mention the HM to Greece which was part of the package (plates little pricey $170pp for sunday night). and the place is gorgeous and it felt vey homie and the address is my birthday so we said this has to be the place. good luck happy hunting

you should definitely check out The Royalton
it is all hardwood floors def fits in that price range one wedding at a time very simple and elegant
