Finally, good news. (a little long, sorry)
I found out yesterday from our RE agent that the legal issues that the sellers had to clear up with the house are almost done and we will be able to close by the end of Aug.
My atty told me to call the RE agent and get in to the house to do 'measurements' and to look over the house since its been vacant since Dec and the last time we saw it was in early March and this way we see it before the 'walk thru'. I called her yesterday morning and she still hasnt called me back, my atty says if she doesnt then let him know and he will call the sellers atty because we should be able to see it.
How long should I wait for a call and then should I call again?
