if you use Jewelers Mutual...the whole application process online takes 10 minutes...you print a page out, stick it in an evelope with your appraisal and DONE! TOO easy....should've done it long time ago. Now I have such a sense of relief =)

It all depends on your appraisal amount and if you choose a deductible.
for me... $156 per year. So worth it!

good job! Mine was insured before I even got it, FH is great with precautionary method stuff. You really all should have your ring insured, no excuses! If you need help FM me, I can ask my friends at work, I work for an insurance company.

beautiful ring!! i still have to insure mine as well. i have the appraisal that came with the ring along with another one that i had done. was it really easy to do online? that's all you had to do, you didn't have to go any other place to have it done? i want to do it soon but i'm not sure what to do, lol! TIA!

you can insure it under your own renters/homeowners policy or you can insure it under your parents and then re-insure it under your own policy when you and FH get a house or an apt.

wow that ring is gorgeous!! Tiffany and CO. told my FH to do that when he bought it, so thank god I didn't have to, because I wouldn't even know how ha.

replaces the ring as specified in appraisal! you get a new ring (jeweler of your choice) and replace with same cut, clarity and carat!
