finally recovered! Review of my friends wedding at the FH!!!

this may be long and it is not even my reveiw.

for hair we went to dawn at hair machine in oceanside.
she was good i showed her a pict and she did exactly what i showed her. sorry for no picts of me yet.

Make up JND Cosmetics. again i will show picts she did a great job and i got fake eyelashes i love them. will update with pict.

photo-Proline. they were good and quick she got a photo jounalist too. he was good at getting the candid shots without anyone noticing. video we barely knew he was there.

limo-Royalty. they came on time the limos were clean, and they got us to the fh on time as well. no glitches there.

Fox hollow- when we got there we went to the hotel first so the bride and groom could see each other for the first time. that was sooo sweet i cried of course.

then we met with the MD (SAM) and the bridal attendent (Jennifer) i must say that both went above and beyond that day for everyone.

Then when we were taking picts outside of the fh they had a mini ch set up for us so we could eat. that was nice since we were waitng for along time for the family pictures to be done.

then we did a rehersal 15 min before the ceremony. again that went well. however they started letting people into the gardens as we were leaving. so they saw the bride. not a big deal though.

the ceremony again went off without a hitch. she hired Rev Phil. a vendor on this site. i also hired him. he is great and has a great sense of humor. he also married my mother earlier this year.

then it began. the ch. now my friend has 222 people at this wedding. JMO tooo many people for the briar fox for a ch. there were not enough seats for everyone. JMO. dont jump all over me guys this is my venu for my wedding also. And towards the end of the ch they were running out of food. however i saw what the guests were doing they were chowing down like there was no tomorrow. so that could be why. hmmm big italian family of 222=No more food. LOL however they did wind up replenishing the food again before the ch was over.
The food that i did get to have at the ch was fabulous!!!! too bad i didnt get to see everything i got my food and my fh food and we went to the bridal suite to eat. the bridal attendent brought trays of food to the bride and the groom so they were taken care of too.

then we got ready to be announced.

There Band was fenominal (SP?)
Arcadia- they were sooo fantastic. from beginning to end they had everyone up on the dance floor.

then the mozzerella salad thing was on our plates. it was good. then the pasta, again very good and aldente the way i like it.
then the dinner. i got the filet mingon (sp)?
umm i ordered it med and it came med. i looked at it and said 'something is missing' umm the mushroom sauce. i said oh they probably forgot. well so everyone ate it with out the sauce. and it was just 'okay' then my mother tells me afterward when we were on the dance floor that the sauce was on the table. knowone told us. i heard that the shrimp was okay. and my ffil said the chicken was good too.

know you guys want to hear about the cake right. well they had white cake with chocolate mousse and rasberry filling. the cake didnt taste like much the chocolate mousse was okay however the rasberry filling was fantastic. and yes the cake was a little dry again JMO....
