Finally!!!! They are complete

All the invitations are assembled, waxed sealed and sealed and stamped waiting to be brought to the post office on Oct 1st. Getting more emotional as the big day slowly approaches and cried a little seeing all invitations finally complete. It was a very big DIY project for me and FH and I are so very happy how they came out. So surreal

My MOH and I designed the invitations. Ordered from cards and pockets the invitation pockets, invitation mats and pre-cut inserts, envelopes, glue gun and wax seal. Put it all together and tah dah!!! We got our invitations. I met someone via this site Jessica who did the addresses on the envelopes as well as RSVP's using digital caligraphy and finally finished them yesterday.

Nice! Congrats on the huge check! Did you have them printed by cards and pockets or did you just get the stationary from there and print it at home?

I ordered everything and printed from home. If they were going to print for me I would have had to save it on a file and pay for them to print.

I have to order card stock this weekend! I think we r gonna use my ticket idea that I made. Fh is really into music so I made a concert ticket.

That sounds like a great idea! That is why I kinda went with doing it myself. I really wanted it to be personal and different. Really love the concert ticket!!! Definitely an invitation that will be remebered.
