Finding a two-hole punch??

Well, I am attempting to make the program cards and I wanted to tie a bow onto the top of them, so I am trying to find a hole puncher that can punch two holes in the top of the program card only about a quarter of an inch apart.
I have tried Michaels without any luck, any other store suggestions??!!

I have a bunch in my office if you want. But serioursly, Staples, Office Max- they all have them.
