Finding bridesmaid dresses

Hi,

Can anyone think of where I can take my girls to look for dresses besides a bridal shop? I don't think we'll have time to order dresses-wedding is in October. Was trying to think of someplace where we can buy right in the store-everyone just get their size.

As far as David's Bridal in Westbury goes, do you have to order dresses there or do they have the dresses in stock?

Try macys i think you can buy off the rack. Also Estelles in farmingdale might be a good place to look at.

at Davids they do both. My manager is planning her wedding within 3 months and davids is getting her BM dresses in on time for her.

somtimes davids has the size they need right off the rack other times you have to order, i got my wedding dress in a week!!! (from davids) also try macys they have lots of dresses. and estelles in farmigdale. i was there yesterday tons of dresses and sizes!!!

What about Ann Taylor?

You might also try Lord & Taylor and Saks. I believe Lord & Taylor (at least the one in Manhattan) also has seamstresses if your girls need any alterations done.

How about J Crew? You can sort the dresses by color/silhouette/fabric, and they are as nice as anything at the bridal shops...

Try Ann Taylor (on 5th) they have more selection on occasion dresses, JCrew & even BCBG has some wedding stuff also. They can even recomend a tailor to fix your BM's dresses.GL!
