Every place I call is limiting me to 5 or 6 dresses per appointment. its so obnoxious! where can i go and try on lots! Or at least 10! this is insane! Its gonna take waaaaay more than 5 or 6 to find the one! Any suggestions?

dont call and ask once you are at a place they arnt going to tell you to stop trying things on. go to lillettes.

I went to lillettes, helens, wedding plaza, macys manhasset and bridal reflections. no limit at any of these places. I tried on at least 10 at each :)

Ive tried on alot of dresses in one shop, once you are there, they really dont give you a limit, ive been to centereach, paradise, fantasia, helens, lindenhurst and commack, so I think you should be fine. Have fun dress shopping!

village bridal and paradise bridal didn't give me a limit nor did wedding salon of manhasset
also, try going on a weekday not a weekend.
i never shopped on weekends and i had plenty of time and never felt rushed...
except at Kleinfelds and RK Bridal- they gave me limits.

Neither told me I had to stop trying on dresses..If you go over you alloted time sometimes your consultant will work between 2 appts it was not a big deal to me

Ive never heard of such a thing. It all depends on when you go, if there are other brides/appointments. I go during the week and I have had the salons to myself and the ability to try on as much as I wanted!
I have two appointments this week?!?!

If you go to RK during the week when it is quiet they don't rush you and will help pull things.

when i went to rk bridal and davids bridal they didn't impose any limits on how many dresses i could try on. but when you ask on the phone sometimes, they do. when you are there, they usually don't stop you.

Village Bridal or Paradise Bridal! They never limited me. I probably tried on over 10 gowns at each place!

Thats the dumbest thing I've ever heard....how do they expect you to find a dress when they only allow you a certain number to try on....I didn't have that problem anywhere I went and I prob would've said forget it if that was the case..the places I went to which I liked were Village Bridal in Babylon (tried on about30-40 dresses there), and Paradise Bridal in Patchogue which is where I ended up buying my dress from.. I tried well over 50 there too ..went to a few others but they didn't have the best selection
