my nails normally grow nicely, but in the past few months they have been splitting...yuk! i bought nailtiques #2, & my nails seem to feel stronger, any other miracle ideas????

and make sure that you keep polish on them at all times! even if it means throwing on some clear between manicures!

Regular manicures always help me. I have the worst nails ever, dry cuticles, peeling nails. When they're wet, they are see-through!!

My nails have always been horrible.... peeling and very weak. My miracle cure was taking multi-vitamins every day. I have been taking them regularly for about 5 months now and it has to be the reason my nails are suddenly strong and not peeling!!!

I found a nail product that works better than nailtiques. Its called Dante Protein 20 Intensifed Nail Development. They sell it a nail salon near me, but it works ten times better than nailtiques, which didnt really work for me.

I was told its helpful to put lotion on your hands--for example before you go to sleep. It helps stregnthen your nails...the bonus is supersoft hands as well.
