Fire Monkey Hair

Has anyone spoken to Dusti from Fire Monkey Hair lately? I've been emailing her for a Cooke of weeks to set up a trial and have not gotten a responds. Now, of course, she could be dealing with storm problems. Just wondering if anyone has spoken to her TIA!
