FIREFIGHTERS worse off since 9/11...

As the wife of a NYC Firefighter, I am outraged that once again these guys are getting a raw deal! Please read the following link:

ETA: Not only does this compromise the safety of the firefighters, but it also compromises the safety of the public. Plainly put: It puts lives at risk!!

And we thought closing 6 firehouses was bad.. now this! That would mean less manpower during a blazing fire!! Just doesn't make any sense.
