First Course - Please Vote

Hi Ladies,

I'm having a hard time selecting my first course for my menu. Please vote on what you would pick. Thanks.

1) Caesar Salad with Garlic Croutons and Mesquite Grilled Chicken
2) Italian Greens with Fresh Mozzarella and Tomato
3) Baby Field Greens with Grilled Portabella Mushroom

I would really like to have #3 but am worried a lot of people may not like portabella mushroom.

Re: First Course - Please Vote

just my 2 cents, but allergies to mushrooms are the most predominant food allergy (FH has taught me so many things about food allergies

I'd go for the fresh mozz.

I work at flowerfields and they are also owned by lovin oven, I would say either #2 or #3, I usually see those two dishes cleaned off by the guests , hope this was helpful.
