I absolutely love Beautiful in My Eyes!!! If my brother and sister in law didn't already have that I would have it in a heartbeat.....I get so choked up when I hear the last verse now, though....we lost 3 grandparents this year and it just reminds me of them so much.

My FH grandparents were married for 72 years before his grandfather passed! my grandparents were married 63 years before my grandmother passed, so it is completely them!!!

Anyway, beautiful choice....we are going to use it in our anniversary dance!

I'm still back & forth on the whole phantom theme! I'm afraid it might be cheesy or something.... and I don't want to feel obligated to play too much from phantom or feel I did too little....

But regardless I'd like that as a first dance song. It's just a very romantic & beautiful song.

These are all so helpful! We haven't picked a song yet. I really want a country song (what can I say- I love my country music) but he's not the biggest fan so we're trying to find something we both like.
I think what I'm gonna do is make a cd with all the songs I love and make him listen to them.

Well, I also love Follow You Follow Me and my FH is a complete Phil Collins fan! I think that it suits us perfectly. Beautiful in My Eyes is wonderful too, but I think I would like to save it for the anniversary dance because that depicts longlasting love that has already stood the test of time.....what we hope to achieve!
