Well as for the dress fitting I'm still in LOVE with my dress.. however, the dress is so big on me and needs a few hundred dollars in alterations. In both pics im holding the dress up. Hopefully the next fitting will be better.

just wish the fitting was more sucessful
oh yeah and if I lose anothe rpound the dress will need an additional hem

Oh how pretty! Dont worry about the alterations either. Mine fit pretty good but still needs like $250-300 in alterations! YIKES!

thanks makes me feel better. I was not only worried about the money but also worried about them taking apart the back of my dress

You look beautiful...and if it makes you feel better my alterations are over $300 automatically since i bought my dress at Kleinfeld's. So don't worry about that...At your second fitting you'll really see how it looks!

You know what is so erie...is that I have the same gown and the same thing happened to me. It was 3 sizes too big when it came in and I had my first fitting. I was so beyond upset. I really hope they get it right for you, its such a great dress

Your dress is sooo gorgeous! you look beautiful! if it makes you feel any better..im sure i will be in the same situation..my dress was ordered 1 size bigger than i normally wear (in dresses) and I've lost 8 lbs since i was first measured...im dreading my first fitting

The same thing happened to me! My dress is 2 sizes too big! They know what they are doing, Im sure making the alterations wont be a problem for them~
