Love it! So cute! I'm reallllly trying hard to become crafty and DIY things but it's just so much easier to go on Etsy and find the cutest things!

I got the frames at Michaels a couple of weeks ago. The table numbers I made with shimmer card stock, sparkle scrapbook paper, and ribbon. All from Michael's too.
