First Fitting Last Night - With Pictures!

I forgot my camera, but my cousin snapped some shots with her camera phone!

The dress fit really well. I need it shortened, need some 'stays' to hook to my bra, and also need a bustle. I was adamant about having a bustle with strings and not buttons b/c I have this awful fear of the buttons popping off - 7 points and $$$ later, I got what I wanted!

I was NOT prepared for her to cut the dress with me standing in it. Thankfully the other seamstress did my cousin's BM dress first, so I was slightly more prepared. It still made me so nervous to watch that!

Sorry the quality isn't that great (camera phone), but here are a couple of pictures:

ETA - Ignore the straps that are hanging down under my arms. I'm having them removed to make the dress strapless, so they couldn't be on for the fitting.

I have mine in a few hours! Im nervous for some reason! Im trying to eat so light so I dont feel bloated.

I was TERRIFIED!! It was fine, though!!

Enjoy it. Once you realize it fits (or it's too big!), the stress melts away!
