I think it looks better with your strapless dress--hair down seems to be taking away from how pretty the top of the dress looks.

My vote is up- your dress is so pretty and your hair up will show off the dress and your neckline. It will look so good

I love your dress!! It's gorgeous!! I would probably wear it half up and half down. But, you are a beautiful girl, so either way would be lovely!!

You look great! I think you could definitely go either way with the hair, but i think UP.
