I am going to my 1st fitting by myself. It is during the week and an odd time that no one can go with me. My mom will accompany me to my 2nd fitting.

I will probably go alone. Lately it seems like a bother to ask anyone for help w/anything. The bridal shop owner and seamstress where I bought my dress are so nice and the service is so personalized, so I'll just go by their opinions.

I am going only with mom. The main reason she is going is becuase she has a fitting right after me!

For my first fitting one of my sisters went with me. She only went because she had to have her dress altered as well.

You're not a loser at all Kath! When the time comes for me, I am sure I will be going by myself too!! Just like I did on my first wedding gown shopping experience. I am alot more calm when I am alone. I think it is a great idea!! Just bring your camera and have the seamstress take pics for us!

My sis and her GF...
I was really close to going alone...Not a big deal at all!! Then you can really evaluate for yourself and not be influenced by anyone elses opinions

I was a loser and went alone....my BP wasnt very helpful when it came too that! Wasnt very happy about it...but whatever I did it alone and it wasnt sooo bad! The ones after that my MOH came too.

For the first one I went with my mom but the second I did alone. It's totally fine to go on your own. It's all about how you feel in the dress.
