first goal...went shopping yesterday!!

I told myself a few months ago that I would reward myself by shopping for every 5 pounds I lost...

but then I gained 7!!

so I lost the 7 AND 5 more!!! so I went shopping yesterday...another 4 1/2 and more shopping!!!

That is such a great idea for motivation! SHOPPING! Congrats! I think I may start doing that...
