FH, my parents and I are going to look at RH's this weekend.
Does anyone have the master list of questions to ask? For those who used the list, did you ask all of the questions?
What should we be on the look out for?

Heres a few things i can think of
-Is there a minimum amount of people you must guarantee -how much per person -what does that include -is the bar included in that price -if you are getting married there what is there ceremony fee -what times you would get the hall for -do they let you have a tasting -How many entree options your guest will have -I always asked what types of chairs they offer, because I hate ugly chairs haha

hang on, I have the mother of all questions somewhere.....
How much earlier can you arrive if you opt to get ready there?
Is there a bridal suite available for entire duration of event?
Any decor limitations (i.e. candles...some places are very strict)
Overtime rates?
Special accommodations? (dietary needs like veggies)
Any site fee?

The best advice I can give is to go with a calculator.
$Per person price * gratuity * tax = how much you'll be spending per person. Then just multiply by the max number you expect. Go in the range you want, but keep a minimum you feel comfortable with. Example: We'll be inviting 250 people. Our minimum is 175.
For examples (with 20% gratuity):
$PP *1.2 *1.08625 = (Nassau Tax rate)

dont over loo anything.. be sure to take a look at the bridal suite, bathrooms, etc.
make sure you are getting top shelf, premium liquor! Ask about your food tasting, when it occurs and how many ppl can come...
check out your chair covers, make sure if they do include these that they are nice (many places throw them in)
How much is the deposit, what types of payment plans are available and do they take cash, check, cashiers check, etc
