First night as husband and wife

Are you staying at home or are you staying at a hotel??

FH and I are going to Block Island for 2 days before we drive x-country. We arent sure where we are going to stay the first night. What is everyone else doing??

michele31...Did you stay in a suite?? I wanted to book the Presidential Suite, but it's $500 a night!! OUCH!! I cannot see spending that kind of money for 2 nights. They have a smaller suite that I think we might stay in..or maybe just a nice room.

We are staying at the Inn at Fox Hollow the night of our wedding.

Since we don't live together we will probably stay @ a hotel--my grandpa is a retired garden city cop and so is my dad's friend so they got my brother a room @ the garden city hotel on his wedding night so I think they are doing the same for us! i'm so excited--

We're coming back home! We plan to set up the place very romantic with flowers, chocolates, and other goodies!

We are staying at the Inn at Fox Hollow in one of the bridal suites the night of the wedding. My wedding also ends at 5pm. We have to leave early in the morning for the airport.

Thought about staying home but wanted something different & special. Since I'll be staying home the night before the wedding the house will be a mess & I will not want to come back to it.

Home usually means work & can't relax.

We stayed at a hotel. Next night we went home and then following day we left for our honeymoon.

We are staying at the Marriot in Islandia & having brunch the next day with all the guests that stay there. Plus, once we have 10 rooms in our block of rooms booked(we will probably have 20 to 30 booked), they give us a free upgrade to the best room available.
