First Trainor Session Today

So I had my first personal trainor appt today....I AM SO OUT OF SHAPE!!!

So much worse than I thought...I really only want to get toned up and I thought I was going to die this morning after my first workout. I cant belive I let myself go like this its killing me!! And the worst part is I have to go back tomorrow to finish my session!

Im already in pain thinking about it Why cant I have my 17 yr old metablosim back?!?!?

awww hang in there...it will get better. Once you get back into the swin and it becomes part of your lifestyle you will be so happy!

It will get better. I am going to start looking for trainer to firm up...

i played in a soccer game yesterday...thought i was going to die! fun though.

I need motivation!
