First Try-On (not first fitting)

I tried on my dress for the first time on Tuesday, and I know it's going to look a lot different once it starts getting fitted, but I want to go back again to try it on (since I was barefooted) and also to take some pics so that it would be helpful when picking out jewelry, hairstyle, accessories, etc. I also want to see if the swatch they sent me matches the actual color of the dress. Probably shoulda thought of all this before going, but I figured it wouldn't be a problem to go back again and do these things. Do most brides do this? (i.e. take pictures even before the 1st fitting?)
Also, my gown is from Bridal Reflections in Massapequa -- any seamstresses that I should request?? :) Thanks!!
