first wedding disaster

so i ordered my wedding invitations through an ebay stationary company..... after receiving my money it seems they may be out of business!!!!!!!!

Stupid me never did a search through BBB they had a good rating when i first contacted them of course recently they received negative comments. Hopefully since i paid through paypal i can get my money back. but as my fellow brides know that isn't my immediate concern! I want to send out my invitations!!

I had my nervous breakdown before.... now I'm convinced I can do them myself

here 's the picture however with this wording:
On Saturday, September 18, 2004
AT ELEVEN IN THE MORNING
IN THE SAND NEAR THE WAVES OF WESTHAMPTON BEACH
WE WILL BE MARRIED

A CELEBRATION WILL FOLLOW IN HONOR OF
LIFE, LOVE AND THE PEOPLE WE CHERISH MOST
WE HOPE YOU WILL JOIN US
Gloria & Joseph

of course with fancy writing

Can you go somewhere that will print them quickly? Like a Party City or something?

My Gatsby is where I ordered my RD invites from. I got them blank and then printed them on my computer.

Good Luck! I'm so sorry about what happened!

Just a piece of advice.

Start the Paypal dispute ASAP. But in my dealings with Paypal... the only way you will get your money back is if Paypal can pull the funds out from the seller's account. What happens a lot of times is... the scammer will clean out his paypal funds and close all accounts linked to paypal right before he starts scamming so he can't be caught.

If you paid Paypal with a credit card... you could dispute the charge with your credit card company. But that will definitely piss off Paypal and will most likely have your Paypal account terminated.

Good luck.

You can also try papiere & papyrus (two paper/stationary type-stores) I do not know web addresses, but I am sure if you search google you can find it.

ALSO, try to post on the vendor board, maybe they can help you....

hopefully this will be the first & last
