Does anyone have a recipe for a glaze for fish? I'm tired of making salmon with garlic, lemon, butter....I'm thinking maybe one of those sweet glazes you get on salmon in resturants sometimes maybe like a sweet asian thing??? any ideas??

I make a marinade with brown sugar, pinapple juice and the chunks, ginger, scalliobs, & mustard.
Love it!
If you want to cheat they have marinades of it that you can buy too.

i totally cheat and just glaze the salmon with teriyaki sauce and when i take it out of the oven i sprinkle some lemon juice...yummy!!!!!

I get my Chinese food steamed with the sauce on the side, so I used the sauce that is left on the salmon. YUM!

Really Really good,, Take mayo & butter the salomon with the mayo & then put it on tin foli & grill it , out of this world,, ,
