Fitness Check-in 10/1

happy october everyone

so how was everyone's weekend?

i had a baby shower sat so i ate a light breakfast but of course we were at an italian restaurant so the food choices were all sorta not healthy (except for the salmon, but i don't like salmon!)...so i wound up eating a pretty big lunch and then skipped dinner for the most part...

sunday, even though i wasn't planning to hit the gym, after sat's meal i really felt like i should...so i did 35 min on the treadmill running 2 min on and 2 min off..total of 2.25 miles...felt pretty good about that...also did some dog walking...

but then sunday night i made some bad choices...we were at pre-cana and they had all these sweets and things around...i finally gave in and had a fun size mm bag and 2 small choc chip cookies with 1/2 can of sprite...i like never drink regular coke so that I felt really bad about....ughh...

goal this week...have better self control...!! and stick to the gym...tonight we are meeting with camelot limos so by the time im home from work, walk the dog and get some dinner together, i won;t make it to the gym...so tomorrow will have to do...

Finally over my cold!! Ate pretty healthy today, could have done better for breakfeast. but had salad for lunch and somehow resisted the urge to put cheese on it. Now, Aiming for 4-5 miles tonight in the park. Hoping I am up for it. :)

Fitness Check-in 10/1

I did okay today. Ran an interval 5k - 35 minutes. Then did some ab work for about 20 minutes. I snacked a bit too much on 'veggie sticks' when I got home from work. I felt really full at the gym. :(
