Fitness Check In 10/2

where were all my ladies yesterday!?

i didn't get to work out yesterday because of having a limo appt after work...

today is weigh in day at WW for me..not sure how i did this week...i obviously increased my physical activity, but i also had a function that might have set me back...

i may try to make a 630pm spin class...

How is Weight Watchers? I was thinking of buying my Mom a monthly membership (she is trying to get fit for my wedding and always does these wackadoo diets that don't work).
I've been suggesting she join WW for months now.

Hoping the rain lets up...If not, i'll do p90x plyometrics in the apartment (oh boy do I hate Plyo though!!!)

weight watchers is good...but i def recommend going to meetings if it's your first time versus doing etools online...if you go to meetings you get etools anyways...but the meetings are good for people just starting out so you can ask questions, hear from other members, etc...sometimes they are a little corny, but i usually try to go...plus its great to feel accountable to a sense that you have weigh in's...


and on another note, at my weigh in I LOST 3.2 LBS THIS WEEK!! i guess getting back into the gym even those 3-4 times last week really kick started something for me and it gave me that extra motivation tonight to get to spin class even though i was exhausted and it was raining...i feel much better that i went...

I lost 5 lbs in the month of september! I did my weekly yoga and zumba class tonight. I ate well too! FH cooked dinner tonight! Grilled chicken, grilled asparagus, and whole wheat cous cous. Love him!

wow that dinner sounds awesome and super congrats on the big loss! how amazing does it feel to lose weight when you work so hard!?

Yay girls, congrats on your weight loss! That is awesome! I had a bad eating few days Saturday to Monday but today I was back on track. I just packed my breakfast and lunch for tomorrow with lots of healthy stuff so I should be on track tomorrow too. Keep up the good work everyone!
